We have developed a cloud based platform to deliver practice and secure assessments.

Our staff have been involved in computer-based testing since 1986.
At Excel Psychological and Educational Consultancy, we have partnered closely with our clients to deliver innovative and unique testing solutions to drive success in measurement accuracy and precision for over 26 years. We are a full-service provider of psychometric test development, test delivery and test management solutions.

Headquartered in Melbourne, Australia, we maintain a global network with regional offices in Europe and Africa. With over 7,400 testing venues in more than 3,000 locations, we are able to provide secure, human proctored assessment solutions worldwide.

Our visual, remote proctoring system allows for the secure delivery of online, high stakes exams anywhere in the world to individuals or groups. Test takers are visually proctored by highly trained professionals remotely in real time whilst they take their exams through a secure browser. Our browser ensures computer applications, functions and software, including keyboard functionality, copy/paste commands and USB ports, are disabled whilst exams are in progress. This state-of-the-art technology makes it possible for test takers to take high stakes exams in their homes, without compromising the integrity of the exam or the examining body.

If required, we can also implement our mobile testing centre for small scale testing and data collection purposes.
